I understand that when you are relocating to Maryland there are limitation to how many times you can travel to Maryland to tour a potential new homes. Eliminating homes that you would not buy helps you concentrate on houses you are interest. Traditionally realtors email copies of MLS (Multiple Listing Service) to review including pictures. I also use this method as a first step in narrowing down the choices. This method has limitations because it does not show the layout of the rooms in the house.Because of those limitations when you actually tour the home you can sometimes be disappointed. Sometimes the MLS pictures only show the highlights of a home’s features, since the realtor is representing the seller, less attractive features might not included.
