This program provides seven (7) day twenty-four (24) hour advertising at a cost of $10.00 (first page) per month plus a one time setup fee of $75.00. The cost of additional pages is determine based on your needs, however, additional pages are usually less than $10.00. Two ads in our daily news paper can cost this much, and it would not include as many details plus a picture. Call for more details.
When your property sells using this program $25.00 of the setup fee will be refunded to you at settlement. If your house is still for sale after three months you can continue listing your house at the $10.00 first page monthly fee. All extensions are in three month increments. You will be reimbursed for any unused Web listing time. At any time you can transfer the sale of your property, at no additional cost, to one of our Multiple List System (MLS) programs. If you transfer to one of our MLS programs $25.00 of the setup fee will be refunded to you when the property settles.
